This is for Mary Linford, Your project management system sounds
intriguing. Would you care to share a bit more detail on how it
worked with the rest of us? I ask because, in my experience, if one
is going to make such a suggestion, it’s always a good idea to have
a basic plan to present to the ones who have the authority to
implement it. A worker could take your basic and modify
it to meet the needs of their individual shop circumstance. Then it
could be presented in a knowledgeable fashion. It might make the
worker seem more valuable to his/her bosses and, if it saves money
by retaining jobs and/or customers, it might lead to less blame and
a bigger paycheck. Maybe…?
