Jump Ring Tips

To make melted beads (f/granulation etc.) of exactly the same
size takes precisely the same quantity of metal for each bead.
What better way than to melt jump rings?

To solder a wire cleanly and strongly to a plate, first drill a
hole in the plate very slightly larger than the diameter of the
wire. Push a jump ring made of thin wire solder down until it
touches the plate. Now you have the solder held securely exactly
where it’s needed.

Try making jump rings of twisted wire (one or more colors) and
fancy shaped wires. When you see the results ideas for new uses
will come to you.

Enjoy your Jump Ringer!
