Elle- I had this trouble last spring with a trade show in India. You
might try this. Contact whatever closest Chinese Embassy there is,
then ask for a international trade bureau rep. Usually someone calls
you back, asks what you’re looking for, then they do the research on
finding you a contact address or phone. If you tell them the web site
is not cooperating they can pass that message on as well. Good Luck’
