Let me introduce myself, my name is Mariya Suhail. I am running Pakistan’s 1st commercial Lapidary in Lahore city. We started in 2012 and now have 2 units where we are processing Precious & Semi-precious gemstones.
We would now like to setup a jewelry manufacturing unit, a medium sized one ( i know that is a relative term 
Silver, 14 & 18k gold.
I am looking into few companies I met at Bangkok Gems& Jewelry exhibition. Different models of casting machines and oven etc
We are open to companies around the world. Can anyone suggest a company which is able to provide a complete range of jewelry making machinery? We will be working in silver plus 14k gold. For rhodium and gold plating I have short listed a company in Thailand but open to suggestions.
One of the main requirements is to have an expert come over to not just setup the unit but stay for minimum 4 months to train the local workforce. From my earlier experience, we had an Sri Lankan expert stay in Lahore for 7 months to train the workforce and it made a lot of difference. Is there any jewelry expert on this forum who had the experience of setting up and training the workforce for few months?
