Thank you all for posting your favorite lessons on metal working,
casting and jewelry making in general. I am new to the field and feel
as if I am getting the lessons I need to progress, from Julia Potts
jumpring lesson, to the wax carving lesson. I do a new one every
day! Thanks. In regards to lesoons I have been reading the posts
regarding education for as I said I am new to the field, coming from
a pottery and art background, and the area in which I live is about 2
hours away from anywhere that has any sort of educational base, so I
thought as I learn maybe I should work with videos, books? I have
read and reread Tim Mccrieghts books, and Jenks Mcgrath. I am looking
to supplement my library any recommendations with actual lesson
formats? Videos. Is there a lending library of sorts for jewelers
videos and books anywhere? If not-again I thank you all for your
lesson posts those are stringing me along!!
thank you for your kindness in sharing.
