I would like to pass this I received today from James
Hubbell for those in the US with PBS access along.
James Hubbell is a wonderful Artist, Sculptor, Jewelry Designer and
also human being. I met him several years ago while volunteering with
my grandsons on an ongoing school construction project in Tijuana.

I was born and raised in San Diego where James Hubbell lived. I
remember very well as a young lady touring his home in Jamul,
California. I remember how unbelievable it was to walk into the
Triton Restaurant on El Cajon Blvd for the first time. I saw his work
in many homes in Del Mar and La Jolla and Solana Beach. His style
blew my mind then. I had no idea he was also a jewelry designer.
If you have never hear of this man or seen his work, don’t miss it.

James Hubbell lives just off the road to Julian, past Ramona --route
67 near that Manzanita ranch . I was there the first time in '76 with
