Hi Orchid-
I’m a sometimes, desperately wishing to be full time, jewelry artist.
Somewhere in between the dreaded “real job”, spending quality time
with my husband planning our new house, seemingly endless home
improvement in our condo, chasing after our miniature dachshund,
hiking, and compulsive knitting, I finally sit at my bench and work.
Right now my work is primarily silver fabrication with stones, wood,
or enamel. I’ll throw some metal clay into the mix too. I want to
begin incorporating gold and maybe platinum sometime soon. I hope to
get to the point very soon where I can sell my work at galleries and
shows and maybe ditch the full time part of
the real job. But for now, I dream…
