Gems and jewelry have been my passion since the 1980’s. I am a GIA
Graduate Gemologist. I taught at the GIA in residence in Santa
Monica the diamond grading and colored stone identifcation classes.
I no longer work there due to physical limitations,so now I have
been doing silver work for the last four years. I consider myself an
amatuer as far as bench work is concerned. I like to experiment with
metal techniques and design. My philosophy is that “there is always
room for improvement.” I look forward to using this web site.
