We have a fast growing retail opal jewelry business. We have visited
Lightning Ridge, Yowah, Koroit, BlackGate, Andamooka, Coober Pedy,
and Mintabie. We sell several thousand pieces of opal per year. I am
a retired businessman who headed a public company which had 1,000
retail stores.
My wife is the “rock person” and I have helped her bring a business
approach to what has been a fragmented “hobby” business.
