I have been making jewelry since taking a class at the local
community college. I have never sold a piece, mostly I make peiece
for family members and friends. I have charged for materials,
however. I am the old fashioned silversmith–saw and aolder, and
therfore I like to look at other people’s work as an inspiration to
"reach out" beyond the usual.
I am a retired educator and only work on jewelry when the spirit
moves me. I have no interest in production work and meeting
deadlines. I am most productive during the cold windy Wyoming
winters.
I often have ideas that involve elements with which I need help and
therefore they often go unfilled. Here is where participating in
the Ganoskin site will be most helpful.
