Thanks for the suggestion! The sisters would like the stone piecese to be used in a pendant, not a ring. Also, the stone is extremely worn, so to match the stone with a new one would not be quite the same. The would laso like a more modern design than the current. But thanks anyway!
If you are looking for a jade cutter I am equipped with a diamond trim saw and lapidary machine for making cabochons. I regularly work with Nephrite, Jadeite and Maw-Sit-Sit Jade for my own jewelry creations. I could split it into two stones and re-polish to a mirror finish. Some loss of material is to be expected.
