Hi All. I’ll repeat what I posted earlier this year regarding the
Herman Miller Aeron chair. Herman Miller replaced the seat, the back,
and the post on my chair after 11 1/2 years on a 12 year warranty- at
my house, for free. That’s customer service.
It’s a great chair for sure, but I have mine in my office. I’m not
sure I’d recommend it for the studio though. The mesh is very
strong, but seems too vulnerable for studio use. The possibility of
a cut or a burn seems too great great a risk. But apparently some
others out there are doing it.
I use a chair called Ride that I like pretty well, but can’t see who
the manufacturer is.
