How did the name orchid get started? I have been an member since
about the first of this year when a friend told me about this
wonderful forum, so I am fairly new to Orchid. What is the
significance of the orchid as the symbol for the jewelry forum? I
would like to know a little more on the history of who started it and

Roxan Hanuman, Dr. Ed Aspler our wonderful leader is based in
Thailand. The Orchid is a flourishing native plant and a symbol of
Thailand, hence the wonderful name.
