I have draw tongs but for heavier wire I use hardware store locking pliers. I don’t have a draw bench yet, but Melissa Muir has a great Youtube vid. on how to make one. She also incorporates the locking pliers. Just don’t forget the lube. I like Bur Life liquid-
I find the beeswax residue to be too sticky.(Sorry, Gerry)
