I’ve been lurking on this list for YEARS; I thank you all for the
excellent posts I’ve been enjoying all this time. I’m moving to the
Houston, Texas area very soon, and would like to take this
opportunity to make a career change, and further my interest and
skills in metalsmithing. My undergrad. degree is is art and I have
successfully completed university metalsmithing/jewelry design
classes. I will be unable to have a home studio after my move, and
am just wondering what opportunities I might pursue in the
Houston/Woodlands area for bench space, training, and work in this
field. ANY suggestions would certainly be appreciated! Many
