I would like to know if there is a way to heat-harden Fine Silver
wire. I have a Paragon Kiln, so I should be able to hold exact
temperatures.

No, you can not heat harden fine silver wire. I found this out the
hard way. Running your pieces through a vibratory tumbler may work
harden them some, but any sort of attempt at heat treatment will
result in dead soft fine silver. I’ve had some small success
hardening sterling silver in a toaster oven (!) though.
