We are working on 14kt alloy on very thin design, currently we are
facing shape out issue. To overcome that we need to increase the
hardness.
So provide the suggestion to sort out the current situation.

Dear Arul,
There are specific hardening processes which are recommended by the
supplier. Please verify them. You would have to use hardening
furnaces either Italian or any other suitable for the alloy.
