Greek key ring

I have a client seeking a ring in stainless or sterling with a Greek
Key design and accents of oxidation or black enamel/or other filler
to pop the design out. He’s size 11 1/2 and is looking at 6-8mm wide,
preferably 8mm. I haven’t had much luck googling it or using my
regular sources. Any help is appreciated.
