Gold/Silver smelting

A few months ago someone had their link on to show their setup for
melting gold and silver… They suggesting using a microphone stand
and suggested it could be purchased from Radio Shack . . . for
19.95…

Would like to see the setup again … have just come from RS and
don’t understand how the laddle and/or torch was gripped by the stand
using the screw on mike holder… thanks Jim

I don’t use any screws to hold the torch, I ground away some of the
plastic of the microphone holder so that I could snap it into place
and snap it out of the holder when required… Daniel Grandi
