I am submitting an application to be a vendor at a local one day
event. To do so I must agree to the following clause (I replaced the
true names with XXX and ZZZ):
“Vendors shall, at their own expense, procure and maintain in effect
during the XXX event general liability insurance, commencing with the
time they enter the ZZZ space area to set up operations, and ending
with the time they dismantle and remove all material from ZZZ.”
Any suggestions how/where I can obtain this insurance? The event,
and my business are both in New York, USA. Will it be very expensive?
