Gas tank pressure?

Hi there, I have a Midget torch. I would like to know what the
pressure on the Oxygen and Propane gas tanks need to be so I could
start soldering. No one seems to know, not the store that sold me the
tank, nor the gas station that filled it up! Can someone please
help?

I use a Midget, with propane set at 4-5lbs, and oxygen at 7-8lbs,
for daily bench work. You can then, of course, regulate further at
the torch body.

I have not looked at the guages in a while but the propane is about
4lbs and the oxygen is about 5 lbs. Light the propane first, about an
inch of flame and then add oxygen. If the oxygen blows out the
flame…reduce its opressure.
