Does anyone know if Frank Rebajes’ “The Kiss” was ever placed under
copyright by anyone? I know he didn’t copyright the design, but
it’s been copied so many times, I wonder if someone after his death
claimed copyright. If it’s in public domain, I have a design
inspired by the piece that I’d like to produce, and it gives him due
credit.
