I have four torches: Little Torch, Midget, large annealing torch and
Harris Casting Torch. I use dual stage regulators, “Y” fittings and
quick release couplings. All of my torches have their own hoses that
end in quick release fittings. At any given time, I can have two
torches ready to go. The hoses can be popped on and off in a snap.
The dual stage regulators keep the gas pressure in the hoses
constant.
I used to use my Midget torch but ever since I switched to the Little
Torch, I find the Midget too heavy for everyday use. I do use it
from time to time if I need a larger, hotter flame.
