the quickest, easiest & best polish method i’ve found to finish
my figural carvings on bone & fossil ivory is to sharpen an
’orange stick’ (manicure item), wood skewer or any round pointed
wood small enough to fit into flexshaft & burnish away. you can
even add faint tinges of color from perm markers by dabbing
lightly onto stick & burnishing - also a bit of 'fabulustre’
for high spots. ive
