anyone have a resource for how to work with fish hide? Thanks
There was someone selling little fish encased in resin as pins a long
time ago. If you have the energy, you can try contacting the Palos
Verdes Art Center and asking for Gabrielle. She curated a wearable
art show a few years back that included a dress made of salmon skins.
Maybe you could contact that Scandinavian artist through her. Also,
fish skin curing is something some Northwest peoples still do.
