Is there anything I can soak a woven chain in to get rid of the fine
silver residue that I have down the middle after pickling? I cannot
get to it with any type of polisher I have for the flex shaft. I’ve
hit all the external parts I can get to but I can still see the dull
residue.
Those recesses will darken anyway, so I’d suggest getting the jump
on Mother Nature and put on a patina, then buff off the surfaces.
Lately I’ve been doing that on some chains, and they are always the
first to sell!
