[Explain] double pin

Please explain the “double pin” method . Thanks Sandra

Better yet, go to http://www.newyorkfindings.com and look at the ones
they have for sale. all it is is a pair of pins, like the standard
pin back, about 1/4 inch apart that swivel together. the effect of
holding across two gathers of cloth makes it more stable than 1 pin.

|====|     <- swivel
|         |
|         |
|         |
|         |
|         |
0       0   <- pair of clutches

Thanks for that reference.

Here’s what I do for dble pins:

|====|     <- tubing
|    |
|    |
|    |    <= 'U' shaped pin wire
|    |
|    |
0    0   <- 'C' shape wire
