Orchidians in the Los Angeles area
I have seen Harold Van Pelt’s work in person many years ago in
Tucson. It is amazing and unlike anything you have ever seen. This is
the first public display of most of the work. Not for sale, but
pieces are worth $25,000 to $100,000 each.
"Harold Van Pelt is known worldwide for taking illuminating
photographs of gems and minerals.
However, he’s not as well known for the delicate carvings he makes
out of the precious rock".
