Yes the example that you sited was a bit much but I enjoy how
Metalsmith gets into the “why” of the pieces instead of the how.
I like that that artist studied reliquaries and used that in
his/her work. That is as important to me as the technique they
used. Although the use of ipso facto was uncalled for. Who says
that? =]
