If you are going to be or live in the San Francisco Bay area the
week of July 11th thru 14th, I would like to suggest that you check
out the Fire Arts Festival

It is a phenomenal event and one of our biggest fund raisers.
If you don’t know about The Crucible… it is a non-profit
educational collaboration of arts, industry and community. This
includes classes for adults and youth in jewelry, enamel, glass work,
blacksmith, woodwork, torch cutting neon, and SOOOO much more.
If the tickets are too steep for your pocket, may I suggest that you
sign up to volunteer. There are still quite a few volunteer positions
available. You can sign up online vs. calling.
If you volunteer, your hours could go toward class discounts.
