The Colorado Metalsmithing Association (CoMA) has put together a
spectacular line up of internationally known artists and metalsmiths
for their upcoming annual CoMA Conference in beautiful Salida,
Colorado. The three day conference will take place July 16-18.
This year’s presenters will be Albert Paley, Michael Good, Pat
Flynn, Gary Noffke and Bill Brinker. There will be slide
presentations, demonstrations, vendors, a gallery gala, and other
events. Pat Flynn will give a 3-day pre-conference workshop and
Michael Good will present a 3-day post conference workshop.
The CoMA Conference is designed to give all participants access to
the artists, by attending their demos and presentations, talking
with them afterwards. There are also less formal settings of lunches
by the river, or evenings sitting by the pool talking about art
jewelry, it’s techniques, history and growth, or where ever the
conversation leads. Its a very personal one-on-one opportunity for
all attendees.
A number of well known artists will be attending, though not
presenting. This promises to be a fabulous event, offering you some
