The stand comprises three pieces, two that fit together in a
slot that hold the stand at 30 degrees from the surface of the
display case. The third piece is the display pad. This canbe
covered with paper or preferrably cloth to match your case
liners.

If anyone is interested in more detail, send me a message off

Please describe the "perforated aluminum". What size, shape,
form does it come in? Hardware people don't always know what
you are talking about.

The perforated aluminum is generally used in storm doors for
your house to protect the screen ( I think) . In my hardware
store it is located in the same area as the weather stripping.-

I think “perforated aluminum” can usually be found at the
hardware store where they sell parts for doors. Many screen
doors have a sheet of aluminum with diamond or triangular holes
in it, this sheet is decorative (or maybe keeps kids and pets
from knocking out the screen.

Have the hardware people look in their McMaster-Carr catalog. My
copy lists two pages of perforated metals in the index. They’re
located right after the wire cloth in the catalog.

Everyone should take a look through a McMaster-Carr catalog at
least once, just to see the amazing variety of products
available to industry. Much useful stuff if you “roll your own”
equipment.
