I placed an order from Rio last week. I left my telephone number for
a call back which happened in less than ten minutes and my order
arrived in two days via UPS. Seems like they are back on track.
Just one more positive experience to report about Rio Grande. I had
been avoiding using them after hearing about all the problems but
something came up that I needed and they were the only one that I
knew had it so I placed my call and did have to wait 4 to 5 minutes.
I received the complete order with no delays or problems.
