Did you mean “Guinea” or “New Guinea” in your post of the 27-7-04? As
far as I know they don’t find diamonds of that order in New Guinea
which is the relatively new nation just north of Australia. There
seems to be a fair bit of vagueness in these posts which doesn’t
serve the interests of authenticity nor does it serve to bring the
criminals to justice. I really want to see this documentary, but no
one seems to have anything concrete. I’m still trying to track it
down but have had no joy whatsoever so far. Didn’t anyone out there
at least tape it? I’ve searched the internet and am still searching
television documentary archives for a copy of the film. It seems
impossible that the record of a violation of human rights of this
order seems to have just disappeared. Still searching and hoping,
I have done a lot of searching for the documentary myself, not until
now have I tracked it down. I have looked on BBC and Channel Fours
sites but they didn’t seem to have any archives, and guess what ?? it
took google to find the detail I had been searching for in vain. I
thought it was about seven years ago that I had seen it, turns out
it was in fact 10years ago, but its memory has remained. The
documentary was called The Diamond Empire, and it went out on the

documentary” or Diamond Empire to your search engine, and you will
find tones of stuff. I have tried to find it on Amazon and Ebay but
unfortunately had no luck?
