After pointing out the mistake in their 2004-2005 Gems & Findings
catalogue, I felt I should say something about Rio Grande. Even
without my requesting any sort of satisfaction from Rio Grande, they
have been quick to try and make things right. While I don’t feel
that I should discuss the specifics in detail, I wanted to say that
I hope I haven’t given anybody an inaccurate poor impression of Rio
Grande, which I have found to be an excellent company to deal with.
