David, ‘Dar’ Shelton of Sheltech is not only a cool guy but a
fantastic pancake die maker. Using his dies in a hydraulic press is
one way to achieve cutting many parts cheaply. Sheltech,

the best and most sophisticated jewelry discussion board in the known

It sounds like you might need some “Pancake” or “RT” type blanking
dies , which I am very good at making, and which I make for all the
nice folks who need them made . If you aren’t familiar with the
process, you can visit www.sheltech.net for a look at what can be done
. Some people may tell you that you should make your own dies , that
it’s SO easy , and why spend money (?) . That’s true to some degree,
but it isn’t something many people can do well right away , and I have
done work for many, many people who try it on their own and decide to
have me do it instead .I can get the most for you, by far , out of
the process . Feel free to phone or email .
