[Connecticut] New Craft Center focusing on Metal

Hello,

Central Connecticut Craft Center (http://www.ctcraftcenter.org) is
in it’s infancy development and we are looking for interested Board
Members.

Mission Statement - Central Connecticut Craft Center (CCCC) promotes
artistic exploration and skill development in the disciplines of
book arts, glass and metal for novice to advanced artists in central
Connecticut.

CCCC fosters a collaborative artist network; offers teaching
opportunities for local, regional and master artists; hosts exhibits
and sales of craftwork; and provides common studio space for
practice and production.

Through these activities, CCCC contributes to the social, economic
and cultural development of the Middlesex community and central
Connecticut residents.

As you can see, we are focusing on 3 disciplines, one of which is
metal. This includes not only jewelry, but large sculpture as well.
If any of you have a sincere interest and can volunteer your time,
please email me.

Also, if any of you are interested in teaching, please email me as
well.

Thank you.
