I have a knew concepts saw circa 2010. The clamps for the saw blades are just slipping all the time. The clamps hold at first but as soon as I tighten the screw the blade either snaps or comes away from the clamp. Anybody else had this problem. Advice please

Look at their website for specifics, but it sounds like the set screws opposite the thumb screws need adjusting…Rob

After I had posted my message I found a whole load of advice on orchid. Really appreciate. Thought I was going to have to buy a new saw.

Not too unusual of a problem. Disassemble the entire clamp mechanism at both ends and clean out the belly button lint and other accumulated detritus. Amazing how it collects in that tiny space and hampers a good purchase on the blade. Good to go.
