I am having a hard time finding a manufacturer of all types of 14ky coin & bar bezels. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I don’t have any better sources to recommend other than Stuller Settings or Rio Grande. Maybe others have better ideas?

Unless I misunderstand the question, there are many sources for coin bezels. A quick web search turned up:
https://bezels.com/ and https://www.bezel.com/ seem to be by the same company.
There is also etsy, eBay, Amazon…

It’s been a long time since I’ve made one, but coin holders aren’t hard to fabricate if you can’t find the right size premade setting. They’re often simple settings with either bezels or prongs (or both). The biggest issue is to not slip and damage the coin when you’re setting it. It’s never a bad idea to cover the coin with masking tape to protect it while setting.
The coin settings with miniature bolts are harder to fabricate, but a regular bezel or prong coin setting is fairly straight forward.
These guys are decent always a large selection, I haven’t used them for a while but may be worth taking a look at
