Quick question - anyone ever had a problem with Sparex turning
cloudy? It seems to be working ok, but I’m having a difficult time
finding pieces when it’s time to get them out. It’s not an
oversaturated solution, btw - if anything, I usually use more water
than is called for in the instructions.

Does it start out cloudy when u mix it? If it turns cloudy aftera
few uses…it might be becoz you are quenching in the sparex…that
is if you are doing that…thats the only time i have ever seen a
pickle go cloudy…whenyou quench the metal item in it…hope that

You may have some chlorides in it-- any silver dissolved will
precipitate out as a white powder.
