Hi All, I had a similar experience with Durston and didn’t have to
use the power of Orchid to leverage it. I had a problem with a
machine of theirs and they responded quickly with the part I needed
and at no cost to me. A great company to deal with!!

We have one Cavallin and one Durston rolling mill. Both are good. I
would say the only advantage with the Durston is that is slightly
easier to roll. One word of warning. Cavallin went into bankruptcy
last year and were taken over by another company and are apparently
still having problems. I found this out by a friend of mine who is
in the know - don’t know how true this is. Nat J
