I am teaching at Massachusetts College of Art for two sessions about
the hydraulic press. The class has been assigned to make a hinged
container, using two forms made with a silhouette (matrix) die. I’d
love to have more images to show them next Tuesday, Oct. to help
stimulate more ideas about possibilities. If you have any images of
work that you or your students have done with silhouette dies, I’d
appreciate it if you could send me copies—jpegs, tiffs, or
slides—snail mail or email… Be assured that I always try to put
names on the image when I show it. Also, I’d be glad to trade—let
me know what kind of images you’d like to have for your classes.
