So, here is my question…
Is this the proper place to submit a Call for Artists? Also, I am
looking to get the call to as many people as we can. So any ideas
on other places to post would be great.

This is a great place to post. I am the owner of Metalwerx and
would be glad to put this in my Insider which has a significant
distribution list.
I can put it on SNAGnet as well, the listserv for the Society of
North American Goldsmiths.
