We manufacture Black Pearl jewelry, most of our pieces are set
with diamonds.
When I started designing on Jewelcad a year ago my main concern
was: Diamond setting. I tried SLA and Sanders.
Sanders machine definition is so great that my diamond setting
preparation is perfect. As a result Diamond setting has become
easier and faster, we lowered our cost on setting and the quality
of our products has improved. In French Polynesia import tax are
very high it makes it difficult to own a Sanders machine. We send
our Jewelcad files to Dmitry in NY.
SLA can’t be accurate enough for small details.
