I used to have trouble with air in my wax. I have for some time now
removed the air hose after each injection to reduce the absorption
of air into the hot wax. This has greatly reduced the problem. I
generally let my
Pot warm up for one hour before injecting.

Not that this is really much help but I would be curious as to what
injector you are using.
I have used Kerr injectomatic II 's all my trade and only recently
=purchased a Logimec. Since having this unit I have so many bubbles.
I even emailed them and got simply ‘nothing wrong with our machine’.
Never had the problem with injectomatic.
