Broken stones

Hello Orchidians, This is my second annual search for broken faceted
stones to be used by students in the gemology class at Flathead
Valley Community College in Kalispell, MT. No cabs please except for
opal. Anything you have in damaged or otherwise unsellable goods
.25ct and up - any shape - would be appreciated. I can refund your
postage and provide a statement of donation on the school’s
stationery if you need it.

While I would certainly appreciate anything you’ve got, we’re always
looking for offbeat material and stones with interesting inclusions.

I’m also interested in foilbacks, doublets (faceted doublets), and
synthetics. I’m particularly looking for synthetic ruby which
clearly shows the curved growth lines from the flame fusion process.
Feel free to contact me for more at @vanoaks.
You may ship stones to either of the following addresses.

Thanks in advance. Les Brown L.F.Brown Goldwork, Inc. 432 E. Idaho,
