Borax dishes

Hi,

I’m a lurker who only gets the digest but I wanted to say that, in
Italy, jewellers often use borax cones together with dishes hewn from
Carrara marble. (Yes, the kind Michelangelo used…) They are
available for about US $9 through Luigi del Trozzo, the Italian
equivalent of Rio Grande.
