Dear James: one of the vital statistics for any book review is
to include the publisher. certainly wouldn’t hurt to include
date of publication either. as far as availability goes, for our
overseas members, contacting the publishers overseas
representative or distributor is probably the most cost effective
method of obtaining these tests. Personally I recommend
cruising through the availability list at www.amazon.com. for USA
distribution. can also work up a nice relationship with your
locally owned (ie not a chain) bookstore.
a review or discussion would be interesting if it was based on
the practicing jewelers experience of the text and how it
translates into everyday practice.
