Hardcover by Erhard Brepohl NEW for $49 and a nickel on Amazon. I
needed to spend $2 more to get free shipping on my DVD order skimmed
over my wish list. The price was so low that I didn’t recognize it
for what it was. It’s more than $25 so it ships free.
I hope this low price doesn’t undermine the hardworking Orchid
members who breathed life back into it but gads, what a steal!
