I am not familiar with that trade name but if you send me a copy
of an ad or even the name of the advertiser I can tell you the
story of it from the mine up.The dealer or perhaps the White
Topaz used could originate in Brazil. But Brazil has only Colbolt
60 irradiation facilities available for Gemstones.Which is really
only useful as a pretreatment. In fact the United States Marines
are guarding their only Necleur reactor because of misuse in
Topaz irradiation. In the late 80’s a lot of radioactive material
was sent into U.S. from Brazil. It was the U.S. who gave Brazil
this reactor. In any event, your Blue Fire/Green Fire Topaz is one
of several treatments administered to Color enhance White
Topaz.Below I will paste an excerpt from my web site section
“Treating Tips” that covers Topaz treatments with the exception
of Necleur and the subsequent improvement of 2 step
Necleur/Linier Accelerator.I have in the same place at my website
a copy of U.S.Patent #4749869 which describes that process. It is
a a bit lengthy to publish here. In addition I will explain how
the Green is created.Or separated is more appropriate
description. When you irradiate Topaz it comes back from the lab
in various shades of Brown and some Green pieces. They simply
leave it as green, skipping the heat treatment step. The formulas
listed below are for the two mines of Topaz that exist in
Brazil.

TOPAZ(Colbolt) MARAMBIA: For best results preftreat at 60
megarads Colbolt 60,removing any that return white or very light
Blue,Then dose the material at 450 megarads again Colbolt 60. The
stones will return various shades of brown and greenish
brown. Then must be heat treated.Start first by heating to 425F.in
a glass doored,convection toaster oven.Or Heat to .375F in a
convection,glass doored microwave oven.for 10 minutes.Let ovens
cool to cold, open door and remove any good Blues, heat again to
500F Toaster oven and 425F microwave oven.Final colors medium
Blue to "Swiss and “London” Blue. Many Dichroic.

TOPAZ(Colbolt) RHONDONIA: Treat to 450 megarads Colbolt 60.
Colors will mostly return lighter Browns,After heat treatment(see
Marambia above) becomes mostly lighter Blues.

OURO PRETO: Color improvements and changes can be effected by
various heat treatments and/or irradiation. But the irradiation is
not stable and will fade.

*3.) All material for Colbolt treatment must be packaged in
metal containers.as most other materials will disintergrate under
irradiation.1 gallon Gas cans or boxes constructed out of air
conditioning duct, sealed with screws or pop rivets. Colbolt 60
walk in rooms units generate 400F at operating temperatures.Stand
up units dramatically less.

TOPAZ(Linier Accelerator) MARAMBIA:Pretreat as above with
Colbolt 60,instruct lab to dose 5,000 megarads. Repeat heating
instruction as above.final colors will be medium to dark “Swiss”
Blue and “London Blue”

TOPAZ-RHONDONIA:Dose at 5,000 megarads,follow above
heating.Return colors will contain some blue, but mostly sky-blue
